Applications filed by Scannell Properties LLC, subdivider, and Alvin & Nancy Glesmann Trust, owner, requesting the following items (a and b) on property legally described as the West One-Half of the Northwest Quarter, excluding right-of-way, of Section 12, Township 13 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, consisting of approximately 72.27 acres; this parcel is generally located at the southeast corner of 144th Street (Hwy 50) & Capehart Road:
(a) zone change from AR (Agricultural Residential) to BP (Business Park); and
(b) preliminary plat for Lots 1-3 and Outlot A, Springfield Gateway Park.
