Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment
Application filed by Dave and Jane Jensen, 710 Main Street, Springfield, NE to amend Springfield Zoning Ordinance Article 4 General Provisions, Section 4.14 Accessory Building and Uses, Subsection 4.14.09 to revise the maximum allowable size of a detached garage based on lot size in the R-92, R-87, R-50, R-30, and RB Residential Districts.
Village on Main Development - Lots 1-312, Outlots A-I
Applications filed by SM2, subdivider, and Centipede LLC, owner, requesting the following items (a and b) on property legally described as the North One-Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 13 North, Range 12 East of the 6th P.M., in Sarpy County, Nebraska, consisting of approximately 76.50 acres; this parcel is generally located at the southeast corner of 132nd Street and Main Street:
(a) zone change from AR (Agricultural Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development); and
(b) preliminary plat for Lots 1-312 and Outlots A-I, Village on Main
The applications filed by SM2 and Centipede LLC were tabled at the September 9 Planning Commission meeting due to several items still needing to be addressed including the need for a comprehensive plan amendment, additional zoning district information, etc. Staff recommends these items be tabled again at the October 14 Planning Commission meeting since the city has not received the required information needed for additional publication requirements. These items will not be discussed at the October 7 City Council meeting due to being held over by the Planning Commission.
